Handshake Guest Shift:

Handshake bar & Dan Nevsky are doing a one of a kind guest bartending pop-up. Instead of the traditional model they are doing a contest of cocktail making skill inspired by nature.

Handshake bar & Dan Nevsky will go to a Mexican traditional market & pick 3 ingredients – 1 from the roots of a plant, 1 from the stem & one from the fruit/flower. They then have to swap the ingredients with the other person. They have 48 hours to create 3 drinks for the guest bartending event.
